Apparently you are unable to see the situation in context; Ukraine is preparing to hand over a declaration of war to Russia, therefor any and all movement of any type of military equipment is of very much interest of Russia.

The current situation between Russia and Ukraine is in no way the same as between Germany and Russia in 41.
Kreml knew well in advance that Germany would attack, but they knew they could not do anything about it, and needed to be seen as the victim, not the agressor.
Same dilemma Israel was in the weeks and days before the six day war.

Ukraine is being controlled by the USA and in debt to the IMF a USA controlled bank. What is needed is for the UN to put a barrier between Ukraine & Russia before blood is spilt. In modern times the UN has been to weak, its time to be a power for peace in the world. Even better would be if the USA took all the weapons and troops back home from Europe and stop there threats around the world. We could have a world without fear and hate where people could live without hunger if all the money spent on war was put to some good.
