A brief overview of the recent developments in the Nagorno-Karabakh region:
- As of November 19, the number of observation posts maintained by the Russian peacekeeping force is 23;
- On November 18, the villages of Nor Maraga, Nor Aygestan, Nor Seisulan, Nor Karmiravan, Nor Haykadzhur, Ovtashen and Nor Jraberd of Martakert district in the Agdam region are being evacuated before being transferred to Azerbaijani control, according to Armenia;
- On November 18, the Armenian Ministry of Defense confirmed the death of 81 more soldiers in the Nagorno-Karabakh war;
- The Russian Ministry of Defense said that 936 more refugees have returned to Stepanakert with an escort from Russian peacekeepers. The total number of people that returned since the deployment of Russian forces is 2,600.
