This map provides a genearl look at the military situation in the Rastan pocket in the northern countryside of the Syrian city of Homs.
Earlier this week, rastan pocket militants and the Syrian government recently reached an agreement that would allow members of local armed groups and their families to evacuate to other militant-held areas in Syria. Later a part of the armed groups rejected the deal and started shelling positions of the Syrian Army and the government-held settlements.
Currently, the situation in the area still remains tense. However, there is still a significant chance that the agreement will be implemented.
