In the province of Raqqah, the Syrian Army and allied tribal forces have liberated Tal Kharrar, Nuzayzah and Rajm Sulayman and advanced on Sabkah and Ghanim Ali. The government advance in the area is ongoing amid clashes near the strategic ISIS-held town of Sukhna in the province of Homs. It seems ISIS lacks manpower and military equipment to repel army advances in the both directions simultaneously.
