I do not understand why in this map there is a ISIS pocket in Dear Ezzor region meanwhile SAA has reported that there is not more ISIS pocket in this area. Who is wrong ?

You are talking about Al Tanf which is 2 colors on other maps. This map was picked by Southfront. There is no other ISIS blob on the map only near the Golan and in Northern Syria is there one.

That is the desert near Deir ezzoir and Palmyra very easy to confuse the region as the ISIS forces are in Al Tanf region under US protection.
