How the hell do they sustain themselves ? They are in that pocked for years now. How do they get food and ammunition if they are surrounded ? Syrian Black market ?
maybe humanitarian aid is given…since we are talking abut refugee camps….and inside arms are concealed….same way nato armed ‘refugees’ during the Yugoslavia war. if you remember Serbs have discovered huge amounts of ammo hidden inside red cross trucks….with food….
It is possible to sustain . There is a lot of corruption unfortunately and smuggling routes . For example how the rebels had TOW missiles or AGTM in Qaboun which was allegedly besieged for years or how Zahran Alloush managed to flee East Ghouta when it was “besieged”

Notice the article stated ISIS against rebels, let it be. The SAA surrounds them and now they can just watch, relax and take bets on a daily basis.
