Well, in that case Turkey has attacked a regular army of a neighboring state in the territory of that country, which is quite sufficient to declare war in accordance with international law with the full right that all allies of the attacked country militarily respond to Turkey’s aggression.

Gaining the M4 was laid out in the agreements made between Russia and Turkey back in 2018.. But obviously the Turks have changed that “deal” and are trying to prevent the loss of the M4.
