The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and its allies have taken back Balil and Umm Khazim villages from Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (f0rmerly Jabhat al-Nusra, the Syrian branch of al-Qaeda).
Earlier this month, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham was able to capture these villages thanks to a surprise attack in the area.
