That plant had a similar explosion 9 months ago that killed 10 workers. The plant makes explosives and disposes of age explosives and rocket fuel. The August 31, 2018 explosion occurred when workers were handling old land mines for disposal. I’m surprised they have a disposal facility at the same location as a TNT plant unless they’re trying to reuse some of the old stuff. Militaries get rid of old explosives and solid fuels due to becoming unstable with age.
