The escalation between the Palestinian forces and the Israeli military is not abating, while the UN Security Council failed to release a joint statements on the situation. Tel Aviv and Hamas refused any peace talks. The bloodshed is ongoing.
The number of Israeli residents killed as a result of the escalation of the conflict exceeded 700 people, almost 2,400 were injured. More than a hundred Israelis are being held hostage in the Gaza Strip. Reuters reported that negotiations or a prisoner exchange deal between Israel and Hamas were launched through Qatari mediation.
According to the Palestinian authorities, as a result of Israeli military strikes in the Gaza Strip, more than 430 people were killed, including 91 children, and about 2,300 were injured. Over 120,000 Gazans have left their homes.
Thus, the total number of victims since the beginning of the escalation of the conflict has exceeded 1,100 people.

At the same time, Israel is preparing to launch ground operations in the Gaza Strip. The Israeli army has mobilized 300,000 reservists to resist the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
Mass clashes broke out in Jerusalem. In the West Bank street battles between law enforcement forces and Palestinian groups broke out in the settlements of Vered-Jericho, Abu Diz and Beit Ija. Protests took place in Tuka, Shuweika and Al-Azaria. Clashes are also taking place at the checkpoint in Al-Jalama, as well as at the southern and eastern entrances to Nablus, and large groups of Arab youth are arriving in Kiryat Arba. Israeli forces reportedly used artillery against the Palestinians at the Al-Jalama checkpoint. There are protests in the Balat and Shuafat camps, and fighting in the village of Asavia. Shooting was reported in the area of the Ofer prison in Ramallah.
