A brief overview of the recent developments in Afghanistan:
- 7 people killed in an suicide bombing and a gunmen attack outside the Ministry of Telecommunication and Information Technology in Kabul;
- The Taliban claimed that at least 24 civilians were killed as a result of recent actions by US and pro-Kabul forces in Nangarhar and Ghazni provinces;
- The Taliban has slowed down its offensive actions over the past few days. Most likely due the expected Qatar meeting on the Afghan conflict.
