- Supposed Taliban members cut Turkmenistan’s imported power to the province Baghadis by targeting pylons and wires. According to local officials, the Taliban demands the authorities to restore power to 20 villages under its control in the Moqo district;
- At least 3 civilians were reportedly killed in the recent series of US strikes on the Surkani district, Kunar province, and the Hisarak district, Paktia province;
- The Taliban claimed that its members had ambushed government troops near the Anar Dara district administration center. According to the Taliban, at least 10 pro-government fighters were killed and a vehicle was seized;
- Fierce clashes between the Taliban and pro-government forces are ongoing in the districts of Sahib and Chahar Darah in Kunduz province, the Char Bolak district in Balkh province and the Dashti Qala district in Takhar province. Both sides claim that the “enemy” is suffering significant casualties.
