- The Taliban conducted a series of attacks on government forces checkpoints in the Marghab district. According to pro-Taliban sources, 12 pro-government troops were killed and 21 were arrested as well as a high number of weapons was captured by Taliban fighters. 3 Taliban members were injured;
- The Taliban stormed positions of pro-government forces in the Qarabagh district, Ghazni province. The Taliban media wing claims that at least 24 pro-government fighters were killed and 8 units of military equipment were destroyed in these attacks;
- Heavy clashes are ongoing in the Bala Murghab district, Badghis province. According to pro-government sources, a 500-strong government force is fighting an unknown number of Taliban members. Multiple casualties are reported.
