• At least five Taliban members and 3 policemen were killed in the Maiwand district, Kandahar province, according to pro-government sources;
• 9 police officers were killed in a Taliban attack on the Police District 3 (PD3) in Ghazni city;
• The Taliban seized the Seuyrie district administration center, according to Voice of Jihad;
• Clashes between the Taliban and government forces were reported in the Kajaki district. 4 government fighters were killed and 3 Taliban members were wounded, according to Voice of Jihad.
