A brief overview of the recent develeopments in Afghanistan:
- 3 police officers and 5 Taliban members were reportedly killed in clashes in the Khanabad district of Kunduz province;
- The Taliban condemned attacks in the Dashti Barchi area of Kabul city and at a funeral in Nangarhar saying that it was not responsible for them;
- A child was killed and another one was wounded in mortar shelling in the Chamtal district of Balkh province;
- A civilian was killed in the Dawlat Abad district of Balkh province during government forces’ operation, the Taliban said.
