A brief overview of the recent developments in Afghanistan:
- A suicide bomber in a humvee vehicle detonated himself near a building of the National Directorate of Security’s special unit in Ghazni city. 7 people were killed and dozens were injured;
- The Kabul government announced that its forces have started conducting offensive operations in response to regular Taliban attacks that continue depiste the US-Taliban ceasefire deal;
- The Taliban claims that its forces ambushed a ggroup of government fighters in Farah city killing or wounding 11 of them.
