- US military actions killed 120 civilians in 2018, including 76 civilians in operations against the Taliban and other groups in Afghanistan, the US Defense Department said in an annual report to the Congress;
- At least 3 civilians were killed and 2 others were injured as a result of an attack by unidentified gunmen in the Qarabagh, Gazni province.
