Important developments over the last two days:
- On November 27, 3 US soldiers were killed and 3 others were wounded in an IED blast in the area of Shahbaz, near the city of Ghazni.
- 40 new Taliban members finished their training in the Umari camp in the province of Faryab, according to the Taliban.
- The Taliban kidnapped 25 passengers, who were travelling to Mazar-e-Sharif, according to local authorities.
- The Taliban claimed that its members had eliminated 8 ISIS members in the Khogyani district of Nangarhar province.
