A brief overview of the recent developments in Afghanistan:
- 6 police officers were killed in an IED explosion in Qarquch village of the Moqur district, Badghis province;
- The Tlaliban killed 12 government troops and wounded 6 others in the Pashtun Kot district, Faryab province, the group announced;
- 5 government troops were killed at a seized check point in the Gizab district, Badghis province, the Taliban said;
- Clashes between the Taliban and goverment forces erupted in the districts of Dayak, Qarabagh and Jaghatu of Ghazni province;
- The Taliban claime dthat its forces had killed 2 US-linked mercenaries in the city of Puli Alam in Logar province.
What a waste if life.
