Reports appear that the Iraqi army and the Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) are preparing for a wide-scale operation aimed to retake the strategic town of Tal Afar from ISIS terrorits.
If confirmed, this will be an important step in combating the terrorist group in the Mosul countryside.
