I remember something about Biden saying he could stand a war in part of Ukraine about a year ago. Let us see what happens when the ground in eastern Ukraine dries up.

That will not happen. I tell you what will be a sustainable peace plan, and is likely the only one that can last (but will be in part painful for both sides Russia and Ukraine).
Peace plan:
Russia keeps Crimea, and Crimea becomes officially accepted by the international systems including UN, part of Russia. Crimea is the most valuable territory for Russia as it has its Black Sea Fleet there and it is the only entrance to the Black Sea and finally the Mediterrainian Sea for Russia.
Russia withdraws all its forces from Donbass completely and evacuates all russian ethnic people to Russia. And Donbass which is the only place in all of Ukraine which has large quantities of soil resources – for example coal, as well as the 2 more currently russian occupied ukrainian territories Zaporizha and Kherson, who according to international law are part to Ukraine, are returned to Ukraine. Donbass is essential for the welfare and economically survival of Ukraine, while Russia has vast territories everywhere, with soil resources, from coal, to palladium, silver, gold, oil everything, so it absolutely does not need this tiny shitty ukrainian place called Donbass for its economical survival. But Ukraine does. And invading other nations and robbing and stealing their territory is strictly forbidden by international law – so of course there cannot come anything legal out of criminal acts.
There has to be established a about 30km broad buffer zone between Russia and Ukrainian border, which has to be constantly secured, patrolled and inspected by UN blue helmet troops.
A Peace treaty has to be made to officially end the war, so that the above mentioned things are made permanent, and rebuilding of the destroyed places, industries etc. can be started.
Both sides agree to refrain from using any violence, including cross-border missile or drone raids.
No reparation payments are to be done from Russia to Ukraine. But all the confiscated Russian state and oligarchs money, bunkered on USA, EU or else reachable foreign bank accounts is handed over to Ukraine for rebuilding the country.
Russia gets the right to rebuild the North Stream 2 pipeline, and to secure it by its on maritim military in the future, so that neighter USA, Ukraine, Poland or whatever military assholes can blow it up in the future again. This will make sure great profit for the Russians and Europe for the future – and thereby is the best guarantee for peaceful coexistence. By allowing to militariarly protect the pipeline, the countries involved (mainly Russia, Germany) russian maritim forces entry to the sea territory around the pipeline, and a specific harbour. In this case a port in formerly ‘eastern germany’ has to be chosen. The seaport in eastern Germany (which by 2nd World War rules is still russian occupied territory) is thus re-occupied, and troops sent so that the port and the save tranfer of gas is secured and cannot be disrupted by the Americans, Poles, Ukrainians, Brits etc.
The russian gaspipes through Poland and Ukraine get permanently closed and these two countries shall buy there gas elsewhere.
The international arrest warrant for Mr. Putin gets cancelled.
This would be a sustainable peace for both sides, with both sides winning and losing something but being able to save face, and being able to have gained some lasting things positve for their countries.
With all the above taking place – there is good chance of a real lasting peace. US occupied Germany slowly moving out of the US grip and buying RU gas and oil will make it become more friendly towards Russia, and with fair prices German economy will rise. And Russia too will have large benefit and be able to bolster its economy with that profits.
Personally I see this peace plan is possible and acceptable for Russia, for Putin, for Ukraine and the Ukrainian people, in fact should also be for Zelensky and for the German people of course too. Problem will be USA will be against it and will likely sabotage such a peace plan, and forbit their Zelensky puppet to accept it. And will also forbid their Scholz puppet in Germany to accept it.
But especially because of that Russia should now – at least offer such a peace deal now – so that the blame – if it gets rejected – is fully on the USA so that everybody can see who is the driving force behind this war. But like written in the comments before, all this peace treaty and proposal-talk is very likely just wishful thinking anyway, because Putin, Scholz, Merkel,Biden, Duda,Zelensky,Macron,Draghi, Orban, Klaus Schwab, von der Leyen, Lagarde, Gates, Xi Jinping, Soros etc. etc. they are all in cahoots and just poodles, little puppets of the globalist NWO-JWO jewish cabal. A cabal that is not interested in peace but in total World War. So basically the world is fucked now. And peace can only come from us – the people of the world – and not from the so-called politicians – as they are all just puppets of the jews – who direct the global politics with their hidden hand from behind.
