The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) Tiger Forces and the National Defense Forces (NDF) have been developing their advance against ISIS in central Syria.
On August 25, government forces took control of Bi’r Qudaym and Jabal ‘Asab. On August 26, the SAA and the NDF coontinued their advance aiming to clear the entrie ISIS-held pocket north of Palmyra.
