To be fair, a large portion of these missiles target civilian areas. The strikes are not effective. They have been largely intercepted. What does impact is the debris. Munitions launched from HIMARS have a high degree of misfiring, or failing to reach target. Further more, the rumpus of HIMARS hitting s400 are unlikely as these launchers are not close to the front line, and would be positioned safely in the rear. Finally 11strikes as in 11 missiles fired? Or 11 strikes as in 11 volleys of missiles fired? Additional many of these locations that you claim were struck were no where near the active fighting, and are located far from the front, and do not serve as any tactical or strategic interest in terms of supply and control, other than political significance and high population which would be indicative of targeting civilian targets due to an inability to strike high valuedilitary targets. This is indicative of a failing regime who seeks to punish those who would stand against them than obey their criminal orders.

War is not only on the battlefield! This is the theater of war. The real war is behind the scenes, and therefore it is not profitable for Russia to rush. Europe and the USA are rotting under their sanctions, you have to wait a little bit and they themselves will come to bow to Putin! And Putin has no reason to arrange carpet bombing and destroy the Slavic people. He is waiting, in the fall everything will become clear to everyone!
That’s a mistake, because the sanctions aren’t going to be lifted anytime soon. Even if a peace treaty is signed (not this year, I think), several sanctions may remain as a “punishing” measure or even as “warning”. Therefore there’s no reason for Russia not to end all military operations ASAP, if it actually can do it without carpet bombing. Perhaps by hitting the critical infrastructure that allows transportation of large vehicles (bridges, railroads), so that no weapons can reach the frontline anymore? Or gas/electricity ? I’m not sure what’s legal in international law of war and what’s not. It’s obvious that Putin wants to do everything by the book.
Besides, there’s going to be A LOT of work afterwards for “denazification” (it took effort in Germany after WW2 despite being occupied – and a large part of Ukraine won’t be occupied AND it’ll join EU so it’ll act like a new Baltic state against the interests of Russia) and “demilitarization” (Ultranationalists won’t be disarmed – they’ll give up 2 riffles and hide 10… they’re going to be like Mafia with so much money flowing into them: impossible to eliminate). Who knows what they’re going to do afterwards, along with the foreign agents who enter and exit Russia at will, and many even live there. It will be interesting to see if a huge Ukrainian counter-offensive materializes. I doubt that an effective counter-offensive by Kyiv will come to pass, however, I may be wrong. I just want this war to end so we can all go back to normal. Hopefully, it will end with a resounding Russian victory. Glory to Russia!
