The time until the US midterm election is the crucial time for the fascists in this conflict until at least next spring. If Russia can hold until then, and it looks like it, next spring all 300,000 men will be at the frontlines, combat ready, while Ukraine has depleted its reserves of able-bodied men willing to fight (= having not fled to the West). Moreover, the midterms will likely bring a majority for the Trump-republicans who are less eager to fully support this proxy war as the woke-neocons of the Democrat party are. On the downside, the Trumpists are just as much out looking for war as the woke-neocons, just they want the war with China. Trump would likely downscale or end the Ukraine proxy war as he needs the resources against China. A defeat or in fact any outcome of this conflict besides full victory of the West means a huge blow for the West in the overall picture. And the West is owned by the globalist elite.
