historically, muslims have viewed jews as a pathetic minority who must be obedient and do whatever the muslims say. every now and then, the muslims would find a reason to commit pogroms against jews and relocate or kill them. if the jews misbehaved, the muslims would put them in their place.
it is unacceptable to muslims that jews have their own state where they don’t have to obey and don’t have to live in fear anymore. it is especially not acceptable to tolerate a jewish state in a place that once belonged to islamic empires. this is at the root of this conflict.
this is why muslims around the world keep cheering for terrorism and hope for an eventual destruction of israel. land, borders, and rights have little to do with the conflict.
unfortunately, there are leftists in the west who are completely out of touch with islam, muslims, and jewish history, which is why they easily fall for the loud, genocidal crowds who play the victim.
