- On January 20, resistance forces attacked the US positions in Ain Al Asad Airbase with several rockets and short-range ballistic missiles. A number of US personnel are undergoing evaluation for traumatic brain injuries. At least one Iraqi service member was wounded;
- On January 18, Resistance forces attacked the US military site in the Erbil airport with a suicide drone;
- On January 18, Resistance forces shot down a US MQ-9 drone over the Miqdadiya area.
