A brief overview of the recent developments in Iraq:
- Turkish army warplanes bombed PKK positions near Amedi in northern Iraq;
- Qasem al-Jabbarin group targeted a US logistics convoy in Baghdad’s Latifiya with a roadside bomb;
- A US logistics convoy was targeted by an IED near Hillah;
- Hashad al-Shaabi and Iraqi security forces ambushed and killed three ISIS elements in southern Kirkuk;
- Several civilians were killed and wounded in a rocket attack on a house in Baghdad’s al-Karkh district. Iraqi Resistance groups denied any action in this area at this time.
