A brief overview of the recent developments in Libya:
- Turkish-backed forces captured the village of Surman from the Libyan National Army;
- Turkish-backed forces shelled the LNA-controlled town of Sabrata;
- The Libyan National Army is deploying its elite “Storm Battalion” to fight Turkish-backed forces near Tripoli;
- Turkish-backed forces reportedly shot down a Libyan National Army military helicopter near Abu Grein;
- Clashes are ongoing in the area of Abu Grein.
Glory to Allah, step by step the victory is coming. After one year of resistance the government’s forces begin the counter offensive.
So it’s a meat grinder out there
