A brief overview of the recent developments in Libya:
- The Libyan National Army (LNA) announced a ceasefire regime until the end of the month of Ramadan;
- Turkish-backed forces shelled LNA positions near Tarhouna;
- Turkish-backed forces attacked LNA positions south of Abu Qurayn. A fighting is ongoing.
Ceasefire for Ramadan ? All this achieves is allowing the enemy to re-organize, replenish, reinforce and strengthen both fixed defenses and offensive capability. Does anyone even imagine that either the Turks or their puppet Sarraj Effendi the Bey of Tripoli will sit down for a peaceful 28 lunar days FFS ? You cannot wage or win a war by letting your enemy get stronger day by day ! Meantime the enemy progresses a co-ordinated offensive across 4 fronts : in NW coast from Zawiyah southwards objective Watiyah/Ukba bin Nafa AB, In Tripoli south pincer movement to cut off LNA forces in Hadhba Project and Abu Slim, pincer movement from Ghariyan (west) and Qasr Qarabouli (east) on Tarhuna district, and combined air/land mobile attacks across Wadi Zemzem line. Not looking good

While I agree on a military level, on the cultural side, Ramadan is Sacred. The Tribal leaders will only reply to attacks, just the way it is. MB and GNA will get their beatings when Egypt engages.
West Libya is pretty far from Egypt. i think their best options are to Defense line in the east starting from Sirte and Reinforce their positions in the South and wait as the combined assault from Turkey/GNA/Terrorists coalition to run of steam and try to get any diplomatic breakthrough with Tunisia or Algeria or Chad
