- According to AFRICOM, 14 Russian aircraft, first reported to have been deployed to Libya in May, are flown by “Wagner Group” pilots;
- The headquarters of the al-Thani government in Benghazi was set on fire during protests overt poor living conditions;
- EU confirmed its readiness to provide assistance to Libya under the condition of a continued ceasefire;
- The UNSMIL announced the start of arrangements for the resumption of comprehensive discussions by the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum;
