A brief overview of the recent developments in northwestern Syria:
- Syrian Arab Army (SAA) artillery shelled the town of Kansafra and the village of al-Fateera in the southern countryside of Idlib;
- An IED attack targeted the Russian military vehicle near the city of Ariha during the Russian-Turkish joint patrol on the M4 highway. 3 Russian soldiers were reportedly wounded;
- Hayat Tahrir al-Sham raided an ISIS cell house in Sarmin;
- An explosion occurred in the city of Afrin. No casualties were reported
