- On April 30, Hezbollah attacked Shomera and destroyed an M548 armored carrier, three M109 155mm howitzers, one transport vehicle, one logistics vehicle. 12 Israeli soldiers were wounded;
- On May 2, Hezbollah repelled Israeli attacks to cross the Litani river near Zotar Sharqie;
- On May 6, Israeli army captured the important height of Sdana north of Shebaa village;
- On May 8, Hezbollah repelled Israeli attacks near Hadatha town;
- According to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, as a result of the Israeli aggressions since March 1, 2715 people have been martyred and 8353 injured.

- On April 30, the Israeli navy seized about 50 ships from the Global Samoud Flotilla, carrying nearly 400 humanitarian activists near the Kert island;
- Israeli army raided multiple areas in Nablus, Ramallah, Hebron, Ariha, Bethlehem, Tulkarm during the last two weeks, abducting several people;
- Israeli army attacked the Gaza Strip several times during the last two weeks, killing at least 4 people:
- Since the ceasefire was announced last October, at least 824 Palestinians were killed and more than 2278 others were wounded:
- Azzam Khalil al-Hayyah, the eldest son of Khalil al-Hayyah, a senior Hamas official, was assassinated in an Israeli airstrike on the Gaza Strip.
