its not called a war, russia calls it a special military operations. if russia would call this a war, a lot more troops would have to have been mobilized. what does “soft” mean exactly? two years later and most of the western countries have spent hundreds of billions, causing economic damage to the eu, the us, while the russian economy is rising. the west is literally paying ukraine to destroy themselves. it’s a win-win for everyone but ukraine, the eu and the usa.
