The Uke’s only option was to leave Severdonetsk without their vehicles or heavy weapons saving countless Russian and civilian lives. When the Russians surround a force they always leave a way out that’s under fire control because the enemy has to leave cover and run for it if they want to escape and that makes them sitting ducks for Russian guns. For months our American news media were showing 4 star generals who were analysing the war in Ukrane telling us how badly the Russian military is. How it was led by bad generals, that the Air Force did not have air superiority and that it was inefficient. They even told us that the Ukrainians could possibly come out winning the war!!!!!!!! Zelenski was presented as some great national statesman. The bullshit had no end. All of a sudden now that the Russians are methodically destroying the Ukranian military the American and some British generals have disappeared from the news. I feel that we have been misled by our politicians so they can send badly needed resources to a corrupt regime. The idiotic sanctions levied on Russia have hurt our economy a lot more. Still our senile president insists on sending more and more weapons to the Ukranians. This is a war that needed not happen. The West is guilty of destroying many thousands of lives from both Russia and Ukraine and in doing so it fucks up the lives of our own people.
