Wars have been going on in this area ever since I can remember. The big war was Ethiopa-Eitrea in the 60’s and ever since there seems to be some group or another fighting another group until they get exhausted and have a rest then get back to it again. Somalia of course is Black Hawke down and the leader of that group that kicked US arse that day was later assassinated by another group. Don’t think people have ever known true peace ever.
