Military Situation In Southeastern Syria. Government Forces In Striking Distance From T2 Pumping Station

Click to see the full-size map

The Syrian Arab Army (SAA), the National Defense Forces (NDF), Hezbollah, Liwa al-Quds and other pro-government groups are pressuring ISIS terrorists in southeastern Syria.

Government forces have made large gains north of al-Bawdah, capturing a number of points and deploying in a striking distance from the strategic T2 pumping station. At the same time, an intense fighting is ongoing between government troops and ISIS terrorists near the Arak gas field northeast of Palmyra.

Government forces are advancing in the desert:

An ISIS video shows clashes between the Syrian army and terrorists near the Arak gas fiield:

soon isis will be no more in syria and iraq…what then? i ask again!

Wahid Algiers

Then the half of the work is done.

Tom Tom

work done by Russians.

Barba_Papa

Then the US/UK/Saudi/Qatar endorsed headchoppers should be next. Should be easiest as these are relatively easy to brand as headchoppers, just edit their own vids where they constantly shout allah al akbar.

The Kurds will be hardest to target as they have actual US forces embedded in them, and the whole world thinks of them as heroes who fought ISIS. Plus they don’t constantly shout allah al akbar. Methinks the Turks could be most useful in this endeavor to make them see reason.

Red Tick Alert

You maybe surprised by the Kurds; ALLEGIDLY they are now refusing orders from the US to confront the SAA… interesting times.

Leon Auguste

Interesting

Barba_Papa

It would appear then that letting the Turks have a go at the Afrin Kanton delivered the right message to the Kurds.

Brad Isherwood

Kurds being forced by Uncle Shlomo to say they are not giving back territory retaken from ISUS in Syria and Iraq. Raqqa is more Arab Sunni …then other tribal/non Kurd. How will Kurds Govern Arabs considering the Toxic history? . Kurds also turned the tap off for water to Aleppo. They still hold the downed Syrian Su 22 pilot?

Kurds are not to be trusted.

Tony Bohler

YOU MIGHT NOT TRUST THE KURDS, BUT THEY ARE SURVIVORS AND THEY LIVE IN SYRIAN LANDS, SO THE WILL FORM A PARTNERSHIP WITH ASSAD AND IRAN.

Ma_Laoshi

“Kurds are not to be trusted.” Obviously but as the vampire prince of Los Angeles knew “It’s not about trust; it’s about who they hate the most.”

Red Tick Alert

I agree, but catch up today and you may change your views.

I’ll tell you what catch up in a week or two and lets have the same conversation again.

Cheers

Tony Bohler

IT’S GOING TO BE VERY INTERESTING, WHEN THE US WANT TO GET THEIR WEAPONS BACK FROM THE KURDS. IT WOULD BE EASIER TO PET A MAD DOG. I THINK THE KURDS ARE HIDING WEAPONS RIGHT NOW, JUST IN CASE. YOU HAVE TO BE INSANE TO TRUST THE USA. I THINK KURDS AND SAA WILL FORM AN ALLAINCE FOR MUTUAL PROTECTION, WHICH ALSO COMES WITH PROTECTION FROM IRAN.

Solomon Krupacek

i dont believe, they thought really this thing with weapons.

kurdi aram

Ther will be a lot of ur sisters( or maybe daughters) left alone and i would be glad to delight them for sake of merciful God.

Sam I. Am

What then? I suspect the zio-cons are cooking up another phony ‘gas attack’ false flag. The zio-cons are getting desperate: https://www.reuters.com/article/us-mideast-crisis-syria-usa-idUSKBN19I083

Ma_Laoshi

Then you have the freedom to go medieval on Assad without risking opening the door for ISIS advances. I don’t see the Empire crying uncle just yet.

Wahid Algiers

Fine. Very fine. Crush these ill-minded idiots and send them to their 99 virgins.

Red Tick Alert

I don’t think there are any American virgins left…… Oh, you mean the other lot ?, sorry

Barba_Papa

Sure there are. They play a lot of video games, and dungeons & dragons. And are of a different sex. But they do exist.

Red Tick Alert

LOL; nice response.

Leon Auguste

Lol

Tom Tom

ISIS is supported by U.S.

More

Wahid Algiers Many IS prefer goats, LoL:))) Please add to your list.

Ma_Laoshi

Wahid never said *human* virgins.

More

Ma_Laoshi Thank you for explaining. I’m so naive, LoL:)))

Attrition47

Hmmm, keep the pressure on at Palmyra, take the easy advances elsewhere and them jump forward from Raqqah province.

Jesus

Crush the Arak resistance on move on to Sukhana, unless ISIS is trying to make its stand around Arak. The south east pincer headed towards T2 should be reinforced and a flanking movement should be made cutting off N7 east of Sukhana, surrounding ISIS forces that are trying to impede SAA advance towards Deir Ezzor.

Bob

Everyone wants to see Dier Ezzore relieved – but Al-Bakumal is the immediate strategic prize as SAA control means the US have no options left in central east – the natural boundaries of Euphrates and Iraqi border shut them out.
