Who cares what they say?!? When there is nothing to “observe” there is no reason to stay also. If the supply lines are cut they will leave by themselves. And “air dropped food parcels” can be distributed to the local population by SAA while Turks can be strictly kept inside of compound. Till they get very hungry and thirsty.
I ‘d recommend bomb shaped food parcels with tasty TNT

The Turks now militarily they are no match against the Russians who are really the driving force behind cleaning Syria and Idlib of terrorist. They use the observation post ( even in current situation where they are surrounded by SAA troops), as leverage point in their negotiations with the Russians to extract their concession. When they get what they want, they will relinquish those position. Given the supply lines leading to those observation posts are controlled by SAA ( and from the sky by the Russians) I would not concentrate to much on them at this point, other than keeping an watchful eye on them. Russian can close from the sky at any given point all supplies lines to entire Idlib. Putin just need to work the Turks as the lesser of the two evils at this point.

The most important in this terrorist offensive is not only to prevent them from re-capturing villages and towns. But also to kill as many of them as possible.
