he is correct thou: russia has the capability (s-500, s-550, sat killers, jammers etc.) to intercept “conventional” nukes (nato only have conventional nukes) the alliance however does not have the capability to stop hypersonic nukes of the rf. so the gentleman from russia is correct. and btw, ukie piece of garbage: the terms “atomic” and “nuclear” are synonyms in the english language
