- On November 27, fierce clashes broke out between Sudan and Ethiopia. According to the Sudanese military officials, the Ethiopian Army carried out an attack on Sudanese soldiers. As a result of the fighting, at least 6 Sudanese servicemen were killed.
- Earlier, fierce clashes were reported in the West Darfur region. They were the result of a conflict between Arab nomads and farmers from the Misseria Jebel tribe. The clashes reportedly resulted in killing of 43 people, while a lot of others were missing.
- At the same time, anti-government demonstrations continue in Sudan. 98 people were injured during their dispersal on December 1, according to the Al Hadath TV reports with reference to the data of the Central Committee of Doctors of Sudan.
