A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- The Syrian Army shelled positions of militant groups in the villages of al-Bara, Fatterah and Kansafra;
- ISIS cells conducted a “hit and run” attack on positions of the Syrian Army and its allies south of al-Mayadeen. Pro-militant sources say that 10 members of Harakat Hezbollah al-Nujaba were killed;
- Turkish forces shelled positions of the Syrian Army near Arab Hassan. 2 officers were reportedly injured;
- Pro-militant sources claim that 3 Syrian fighters were killed in an attack by Turkish-led forces near Ayn Issa;
- Unconfirmed reports claim that airstrikes targeted the area of al-Bukamal.
