A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- The Turkish Army and Turkish-backed militants shelled positions of the YPG near Tell Rifaat, Sheikh Hilal, Bosoufane, al-Malikiyah, Maraanaz, Kaft Anoun, Kasht’ar, al-Irshadiyah as well as Menagh Air Base;
- A fighting between the Syrian Army and ISIS is ongoing near al-Sukhnah and Wadi al-Waer. According to pro-militant sources, over 32 Syrian soldiers and 26 ISIS members have been killed;
- The Turkish military is deploying additional troops, equipment and construction materials near the M4 highway in southern Idlib;
- The Israeli Army threatened Syrian fighters and Hezbollah members operating in the southern part of Syria.
