A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- The Turkish Army established a new ‘observation post’ in the area of al-Ram;
- A soldier was killed and 2 others were injured in an IED attack on their vehicle between the villages of Kharaba and Jbeb;
- Russia has tested T-14 Armata MBTs in Syria, according to Minister of Trade and Industry Denis Manturov;
- A Russian fighter jet intercepted a US Navy P-8 Poseidon spy plane off Syrian coast;
- The Syrian Army and its allies are conducting a combing operation against ISIS cells in the Homs desert.
