- On April 22, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 4 times: 1 – in Latakia province, 2 – in Idlib province, 1 – in Aleppo province;
- On April 23, SAA artillery shelled positions of Turkish-backed forces in the Maar Blit area;
- On April 23, Russian warplanes struck positions of Turkish-backed forces in the Kabani area;
- On April 22, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled YPG positions near Maraanaz;
- On April 22, one Turkish soldier was killed and three others were wounded as a result of the artillery shelling on the city of Marea.
