• On April 23, the Russian Ministry of Defense recorded 2 cases of hostilities and ceasefire violations in the Idlib region in the past 24 hours;
• On April 22, an SAA officer was killed by two gunmen near the town of Hara. The two assailants were also killed by the Syrian Army;
• The HTS seized humanitarian aid sent by the UN to the village of Sarmada, according to the Russian Reconciliation Center for Syria.
