I don’t think there have been any Russian airstrikes today, just Syrian, I wonder why, or did I miss something. syrialiveuamaps always denotes Russian air strikes as Russian and differentiates the Syrian warplanes by either calling them Syrian warplanes or just plane old warplanes, and today there’s no designated airstrikes attributed to the Russians, at least according to that live map. Maybe I’m wrong but it seems like the Russians are taking a day off.
Just checked and you are right. “Maintenance day” ?.
Or a public holiday, or maybe just the calm before the storm.
What about Eid ?.
I’m afraid I don’t understand what you mean by Eid, you’ll have to elaborate for me sorry.
Sorry, read the comments after 2 weeks or so…. I see from above you get it now. Apologies for the delay.
I finally understand what you meant by Eid, I saw it on the news, so no it wouldn’t be because of a Muslim religious event, otherwise it would’ve been the SAAF taking the break instead. I wonder how the rebels enjoyed Eid, with all those bombs and artillery shells raining down around them.
