- On August 12, the Russian Ministry of Defense recorded no cases of hostilities and ceasefire violations in Idlib region in the past 24 hours;
- On August 11, 20 SAA servicemen were killed and several others were wounded as a result of ISIS attack on an SAA military bus near al-Mayadin;
- On August 11, unknown gunmen attacked a military HTS checkpoint near Darat Izzah. An HTS member was killed and four others were wounded.
