A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- At least one civilian was killed and several others were wounded in a motorcycle VBIED blast in the city of Jarablus in Aleppo Governorate;
- Turkish-backed militants’ artillery shelled SAA positions in the Tal Rashu area;
- ISIS memebers shelled an SAA tank with an antitank guided missile system Konkur in Mayadin desert, in Deir Ezzor Governorate
- Mayor of Eyeb town in the northern Daraa countryside was killed along with his two children by unidentified gunmen;
- Ahmad Rahal, a former Syrian Arab Army general, who defected to the opposition, was arrested in Istanbul. He was allegedly accused of criticizing Turkey in the media;
- A suicide drone struck the house of a Turkish-affiliated commander in the town of Kafr Janah in Aleppo Governorate;
- The units of Liwa al-Quds completed a new combing operation in the eastern Hama countryside;
- ISIS ambushed Liwa al-Quds Brigade in Mayadin desert, killing 3 soldiers and wounding 6 others.
