A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- ISIS terrorists executed an Alawite member and an Syrian Arab Army (SAA) soldier near the town of al-Sukhanah in Homs countryside;
- A Turkish armored vehicle was hit by an explosive near the town of Ariha during the Turkish-Russian joint patrol along the M4 highway;
- ISIS terrorists executed an Ismali minority member near the town of Resafa in the southern Raqqah countryside;
- SAA artillery shelled Turkish-backed militants’ positions in the villages of Barah and Kansafra;
SDF commander Mazloum Abdi visited the USA’s Al-Omar Base and met with US officials; - US patrol was prevented from entering the area of SAA deployment in the city of Qamishli. Then, the US forces fired on the checkpoint, killing one SAA soldier and wounding 2 others.
