A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- Russian military vehicle was targeted with an RPG near Urem Al-Joz on the M4 highway, during the 25th Turkish-Russian Joint Patrol;
- SAA artillery shelled Turkish-backed militants’ positions in the San and Majdaliya areas;
- SAA artillery shelled Turkish-backed militants’ positions in the Taqad area;
- ISIS members ambushed the SAA group near the town of Rasafa;
- The SAA, NDF and Liwa al Quds troops started a major joint operation against ISIS in the Deir Ezzor desert, from Sukhna to Al Bukamal regions;
- Russian warplanes conducted several airstrikes in the vicinity of the town of Rasafa;
- Turkish military convoy entered Greater Idlib.
