- On August 28, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 4 times: 2 – in Idlib province, 2 – in Latakia province;
- On August 28, Israeli drones attacked a vehicle in the Zabadani area. One Hezbollah member and three Islamic Jihad members were martyred;
- On August 27, the Russian Military Police and Turkish forces conducted their joint patrol on the outskirts of Ain al-Arab.
